Leon Jones

Leon Demons Jones was born December 14, 1978 to the parents Cynthia and Edgar Charles Green. His grandmothers Mary Lee, and Bernice Perkins were also instrumental in Leon’s life and raising him. Leon was tragically called home early April 1, 2025. Leon will be greatly missed by both his friends and family who loved him dearly. Anyone that knows Leon knows he was no saint, but yet he was a loving soul. Leon had a very big family and will be survived by his children LeAsia and Leondre Jones. His brothers Terrance, Justin, and Kevin. Also his sister Michale Byrd. His nieces Deshene, Star, Teshawn Green, Amerie, Mariah, Asia,Makayla Jones, Britney, Briunna, Kiarra, and Kianna Rodgers. Leon will also be survived by his nephews Jalyn, Seth, Cameron, Kethus, Anthony, Jaden, and Lonnie Byrd. Leon also had a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins who all loved him dearly that he will also be survived by. Not to mention a slew of friends that will miss him. Leon was born and raised in Baytown Tx. He spent his younger years in Oak Addition living with his grandmother while attending Goosecreek ISD. He would later attend Lee Community College where he would obtain a welding trade. Leon was a hard worker and God fearing man that will be especially missed by his God daughter Khori D Jones. We as Leon’s family both Green and Jones have no doubt that Leon is reunited with family and in a better place. So instead of morning his passing, will rejoice and celebrate.
